Hi, I have a 2012 Suzuki Swift and there's one really annoying thing with the car and I assume this applies to all Suzukis with keyless locking. When I press unlock on the remote control once, only the driver's door unlocks and I have to press it once more to unlock the whole car. I wonder if this can be reprogrammed just for one pressing. I assume it should be possible because when I looked into an online owner's manual, which seems to be a different version than the one that came with the car, there's nothing about having to press the button twice to unlock the whole car.

What does you Swift do when you press unlock once?

All my swifts with keyless operation have had the security feature that one press only opens the drivers door, it harks back to when hijackers would jump in the passenger seat as you opened the doors with your remote, most modern cars operate this way with remotes unlocking only the drivers side. Personally I think it's a good thing as it only takes another press to open all doors for other passengers getting in at the same time tbh.
Running Stock aside from wind deflectors, Genuine sport mats, Pipercross Air filter, under bonnet tidy bolts & mud flaps........... for now
