Mk4 swift has a panel in the front bumper you can remove to reveal the towing "hole". Find something that goes in that hole, stick a strap in.

The other solution, although a fair bit more work, would be to attach a piece of metal to the structural support bar running behind the front grille and extend the loop through there, although i don't think it'd be quite suitable for towing the car, that bar is designed to absorb force and not just "deal with it" like the towing hook/hole is

have a look on the web, it'll be on a specification somewhere. Either that or it'll be in the manual under towing. They should, ideally, give you the thread required to fit the hole incase you need to replace the part. My guess is that it's gonna be somewhere around the M13 size

something like this would look good https://www.tegiwaim...i-swift-05.html

The towing eye bolt that is in the tool kit on the 05-10 swift is M16x2 metric course thread and I believe it's the same on the 11-17 swifts but would need to check in my sport. I don't see them changing it to be honest given it's probably common to every Suzuki model made as it's sufficiently substantial enough to use to tow even a grand vitara.
Not sure about your statement on not finding a bolt small enough though (?) as M16 is a fair size.
On my previous 05-10 model I fitted a tow strap by using an M16 bolt and cutting it down with a large washer on to it to hold the tow strap in place and you really could tow the car with it quite happily.
The part number the eye bolt from Suzuki is 8996963J00, so you could always phone your dealer up and just ask if they could tell you the thread on that part number....
Or get the one out of your boot and measure it.....

Did you manage to find an adapter bolt? Because I have the same issue, wondered if you know where to get one?

I'm thinking about just getting a bolt big enough to screw in to the towing eye bit (20mm I believe), then boaring out the metal of the tow strap to get it to fit.
