when i put my new springs on how tight should i do the top cap that holds the springs in place

I have some Apex 45mm springs up for grabs. Been on my SSS for about 12 months, maybe a bit longer........ They are nicely bedded in now and look good.....it takes a while for them to drop to the correct height from new... They are coming off the car today as it is being traded in next week....
